We take pride in providing exceptional salon services. If you have concerns about the service being performed, please inform our staff immediately during your appointment. Our team will make adjustments to address your concerns at that time. Once the service is completed, we do not offer any refunds, redos, or guarantees.
2. Products
a. Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges for retail products purchased from our salon if:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 1 day of purchase.
- Proof of purchase (receipt) is provided.
b. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened, used, or damaged products.
- Products purchased during promotional sales or with discounts.
- Gift cards or vouchers.
3. Deposits and Advance Payments
- Some services, such as bridal makeup or group bookings, may require a deposit or advance payment.
- Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client, unless otherwise stated.
4. Gift Cards and Prepaid Packages
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Prepaid service packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual with prior approval from salon management.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if:
- The request is made after the specified timeframe.
- There is evidence of misuse or tampering with products.
